| OpenOffice gets the 'Red Carpet' treatment from Ximian |

The OpenOffice.org 1.0 office suite integrates with Ximian Desktop, a complete desktop environment and robust suite of applications that provide an alternative to companies who run Linux in addition to other operating systems. Ximian Desktop also combines the Ximian GNOME desktop interface and applications, Red Carpet, and Ximian Evolution, the leading email and personal information management suite for Linux. Ximian Desktop supports a range of Linux distributions including Red Hat, SuSE, Mandrake, Debian, Yellow Dog and more.
The OpenOffice.org suite is the latest set of productivity applications available through Ximian's solutions.
