Novell migrates employee desktops to Linux

ZDNet UK examines Novell's plan to migrate company computers to the Linux desktop. The report says the Novell's CIO is moving 5,000 desktops to open source Linux and OpenOffice.org over the next year. With an initial goal to have "90 percent of Novell on OpenOffice by the end of July," Novell is demonstrating that Linux is viable and driving the message home by practicing what they preach.
