CNET's Stephen Shankland updates the latest news surrounding SCO's suit and reviews the controversy. SCO is still not disclosing where vulnerabilities exist despite SCO president Darl McBride's reiteration that "We're finding...cases where there is line-by-line code in the Linux kernel that is matching up to our UnixWare code." Top Linux leader, Bruce Perens points out that "Copying works both ways. I want to see some proof they haven't copied Linux source code into SCO Unix."
