Using Quicknets Linux Special Edition products in combination with GnomeMeeting, users can now make and receive voice calls over the Internet with Quicknets MicroTelco VoIP services using a standard telephone set.

GnomeMeeting allows Linux users to videoconference with industry standard H.323 applications such as the Microsoft NetMeeting program for Windows. Todays Linux community is estimated to be 18 million users.
PC-to-Phone and PC-to-PC calls on Linux PCs are enabled thanks to combined efforts open-source projects GnomeMeeting.org and OpenH323.
