| Moglin: SCO's claims are "meant to scare people" |

Just after SCO's CEO Darl McBride declared Linux against the US Constituion in an open letter, LinuxWorld is featuring a short interview with Professor of Law at Columbia University and General Counsel of the Free Software Foundation, Eben Moglin. Says Moglin of SCO's claims, "SCO's arguments, if they are to be dignified by the word argument, concerning the invalidity of the GPL are just invalid. They're meant to scare people."
