Review: Xandros 2.5 Business Edition

DesktopOS.com reviews Xandros's Linux desktop for business users. The reviewer concludes that the 2.5 edition from Xandros is solid, ideal "for a SOHO Business system that wants to get more useable life out of their computer systems," and works right out of the box.

In the review, much praise is bestowed on the Xandros Linux desktop for its ability to find hardware, its professional packaging, and for having a file system layout that is "familiar" to Windows users. The reviewer notes that this Linux desktop was the first to find all his hardware with no user intervention required.

A community edition, available for download, is recommended in the review.
