Space Tripper "shoot-em-up" action game released for Linux
Jan. 07, 2002

PomPom software has announced Space Tripper, a "shoot-em-up" action game which runs on Linux . . .

"Space Tripper is our first title. Inspired by Williams defender, which is, In my opinion, the most hardcore, seat-of-your-pants arcade experience ever. Space Tripper takes the delicate gameplay of Defender, and brings it bang up to date with exotic enemies and diverse environments, visualized in a state-of-the-art 3D engine. I wont say no more about it except, go to the Space Tripper page and check it out for yourself . . ."

A demo is available for free download, and the full game may be downloaded for $12.00 US.

Pompom is a small games development team, consisting of just 2 members.
