Boston U teams with LinuxCertified to provide training

Boston University Corporate Education Center (BUCEC) and LinuxCertified, Inc. have announced a strategic education partnership. The program will kick off at the Desktop Linux Consortium's Conference on November 10, 2003.

BUCEC and LinuxCertified, Inc. will offer a four-day Linux boot camp from November 11th to 14th, immediately after the premier Desktop Linux Conference.

This partnership will allow BUCEC to offer a full range of Open Source training to IT professionals in the New England area who are looking for customized and specialized Open Source training, and to businesses who are looking to retrain their employees to deploy Open Source software in their business environment.

The weeklong event includes the one day Desktop Linux Consortium Conference, a Linux Fundamentals 2-day program for US $900 and a two-day workshop for Linux System Administration for US $1100. Discounts to attend all events are available. Contact morgan@linuxcertified.com.
