SCO hits iceberg

Two-thirds of SCO's claims against IBM have been thrown out of court, Linux Watch reports. Judge Brooke Wells cited SCO's failure to provide evidence of alleged infringements in ruling largely in favor of an IBM motion to limit SCO's claims.
