PeopleSoft extends Linux support

Pleasanton, Calif.-based PeopleSoft said that the next version of its EnterpriseOne suite would support Linux in response to customer demand.

PeopleSoft's business software, EnterpriseOne, including those for human resources, financial activities, supplier relationship, asset and project management.

Support for Red Hat Linux will be available in Q2 quarter with the release of EnterpriseOne 8.1.
