| SCO to back off invoicing Linux customers, say reports |

CNet's Stephen Shankland reports that SCO, "happy with progress" with their controversial Linux licensing program, is backing off of its plan to invoice Linux customers. The company has also extended a deadline set for the end of the month that would see "licenses" for Linux operating system double in price.
