| HP offers low-cost laptop in Thailand |

CNET is reporting that HP has introduced a low-cost notebook in support of a Thai government computer initiative. The laptop will retail for 19,500 Baht (US$458). System specifications: 800 MHz Intel Celeron processor, 128MB of RAM and a 20GB harddisk. Linux TLE, the Thai-language version of the Linux operating system, is pre-installed.
