| ShaoLin and CodeWeavers announce alliance |

Hong Kong and St. Paul, MN -- ShaoLin Microsystems Limited, announces along with CodeWeavers today announced a strategic alliance partnership. CodeWeavers and ShaoLin joined forces to give a boost to the acceptance of the Linux desktop, particularly in enterprise environments whereby CrossOver and ShaoLin are combining to enhance the capabilities of bridging windows applications to Linux on the desktop deployment and management in enterprise computing environments.

Shaolin has been involved in a series of strategic agreements in the past few weeks.
