SuSE's Linux Office Desktop makes a strong case that Desktop Linux is ready for the enterrpise according to this report from Jason Brooks at eWeek.
Citing a familiar look aand feel with KDE and general application compatibility via CodeWeaver's software, SuSe's offering is a good start out of the box. Bells and whistles like VPN support, however, still leave Linux difficult for the enterprise user.
