What should IT managers know about a move to Linux? It depends says Timothy D. Witham at ComputerWorld.

Citing Christensen's theory of the 'innovator's dilemma', Witham encourages IT managers to examine if Linux is 'good enough' to handle the company's IT tasks? If so, he suggests, it pays to switch. Other tips? Linux has a roadmap and is fully supported.
