TechNewsWorld reports that Oracle's announcement of certification for its database products for Red Hat Linux Enterprise 3 is not only a good sign for Red Hat's move into the enterprise, but for Linux in general. The embrace of Linux demonstrates "a move to Linux as Oracle's basic development platform," according to Oracle's director of Linux engineering, Wym Coekaerts.
