Lindows.com-Microsoft case hits delay again

Due to a scheduling conflict the Lindows-Microsoft trademark suit has been delayed until March, according to a report at ZDNet. This postponement marks the second time the trial has been pushed back. Last April, San Diego-based Lindows.com received an extension to review court documents. In October Lindows.com failed to receive a summary judgement in their favor from the court. According to the article, both Microsoft and Lindows.com have confirmed the date change.
