| Amazon.com to sell Linare Linux PCs |

CNet's Stephen Shankland reports that Linare, a low cost Linux desktop PC company has signed a deal with Amazon.com.
The Bellevue, WA company sells low cost PCs that are powered by a 1.3 Ghz AMD processor, host 128 MB of RAM, 30 GB of hard-drive space, ethernet interface, keyboard, mouse and speaker starting from US $200. Linare offers a 24-hour, seven-day-a-week technical support line.
