NY show details Linux operating system maturity, stability, and adoption

LinuxWorld Expo hits New York City this week as Todd Weiss of ComputerWorld previews the role Linux has come to assume in corporate America and beyond. Calling on the 'Linux generation', Computer Associates' Sam Greenblatt says there is alot of proof that Linux is here to stay, He notes that " . . . the PC evolved to train a generation, Linux has now gotten to the maturity factor that Linux is going to become ubiquitous and pervasive like the PC was in the late 1990s. It's going to change the face of the world the way the PC did in 1982. We've got a lot to back it up." Greenblatt will detail the worldwide traction of Linux in his keynote at the conference.
